Beautification Project

There are some local businesses that have really contributed to the culture and history of Edmond. But some of the best businesses also have some of the worst websites. It just hasn’t been a priority in the past for them to spend money on. I get that. That is why I am providing scholarships to businesses that have been in Edmond for more than 5 years and who offer a unique product or service that contribute to our community’s diverse social and cultural opportunities. To submit a recommendation for one of these scholarships simply fill out the form on the bottom of this page describing the business and provide the current website address. Recipients of the scholarships will receive a free website including the design and shell build of the site. Content can be submitted via email or training can be provided for full control over the site content. The only cost to recipients is the hosting fee of $50/year. It’s a great opportunity to toss out that old dusty site that your cousin did for you and get a high impact design with full Search Engine Optimization and a content management system that your grandmother could learn to use. I only plan on giving out a few of these scholarships to the most deserving, or most needing Edmond businesses. So sign up today.
